SV	Het is beter te horen het bestraffen des wijzen, dan dat iemand hore het gezang der dwazen.
WLC	טֹ֕וב לִשְׁמֹ֖עַ גַּעֲרַ֣ת חָכָ֑ם מֵאִ֕ישׁ שֹׁמֵ֖עַ שִׁ֥יר כְּסִילִֽים׃
Trans.	ṭwōḇ lišəmō‘a g^a‘ăraṯ ḥāḵām mē’îš šōmē‘a šîr kəsîlîm:

AC	ה טוב לשמע גערת חכם--מאיש שמע שיר כסילים
ASV	It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.
BE	It is better to take note of the protest of the wise, than for a man to give ear to the song of the foolish.
Darby	It is better for a man to hear the rebuke of the wise, than to hear the song of fools.
ELB05	Besser, das Schelten der Weisen zu hören, als daß einer den Gesang der Toren hört.
